Little Mermaid- Land Cast
Dates: August 2nd-13th 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Shows: Thursday, Aug. 12th 2:00pm, 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Friday, August 13th, NO DAY camp, but can come to watch the Sea Cast perform the 2pm show.
Hair and Makeup Information:
MUST ARRIVE IN MAKE-UP AND HAIR (Bring items for touch-ups. Must label)
Girls who wear wigs (Ursula, Flotsam, Jetsam, Ariel) : wear hair in two French braids or pin curls.
Mer-Sisters and Princesses: Half up/Half down hairstyle.
Carlotta: Tight, low bun
All other characters: French braid.
Makeup: Powder, blush, mascara and light lip stick. Some will have more extensive make-up that we will do at Spark.
Please attempt hair and make-up at home, but if you absolutely cannot do either, please send hairbrush, hair ties and makeup with your child. Everything must be labeled.
Thursday Schedule (Times are approximate)
9AM: PLEASE ARRIVE IN COSTUME BASICS, HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE. (MORE INFO ABOUT HAIR AND MAKEUP SPECIFICS WILL BE SENT TOMORROW) They must wear jazz shoes with either black socks or no socks.
9:15-11:30: Kids will immediately put on costumes. We will try to do two costume run throughs. Costumes off before lunch.
11:30-12PM: PLEASE SEND A LUNCH. Kids will eat the lunch brought from home.
12:15-12:30PM: Put costumes back on
12:30-1:30PM Clean and run the show
2PM: SHOWTIME (Friday cast will sit in the audience to watch the show. No need to purchase a ticket).
3PM: Friday Cast will be dismissed via car pool pick up,
3PM-3:15PM: Short Meet and Greet with Parents
3:15PM: Costumes to be taken off
3:30-4PM: The cast will be fed pizza for dinner. We are requesting $5 per child to pay for the pizza. If you have any dietary restrictions, please plan on packing a light dinner, and no need to pay the $5. We are asking that the cast stay in the building between shows, as we have a limited amount of time. Payment can be sent with child, PayPal or Venmo. Information for electronic payments will be given by request.
4:15PM: Get into costumes, touch up make-up and hair.
5:00PM SHOWTIME
6:00-6:15PM Meet and Greet with parents
6:15PM: Kids MUST be back in theatre to prepare for next show.
7:00PM: SHOWTIME
8:15-8:30PM Dismissal of Thursday Cast. Congratulations on your show!! Thursday Cast does NOT need to attend camp on Friday. If you would like to come and watch the 2pm FRIDAY show, you must let the front desk know before Friday, so we can reserve a seat. ( There will be an email sent out asking who is attending). Campers tickets are FREE, but we MUST know before Friday.
