*In the event that we are unable to hold live performances due to evolving restrictions and protocol for Covid-19, we will be professionally recording each show. Copies of the recordings will be available to each student and streaming will take place in lieu of a live performance. Additional recording fees may apply.

April 14th:

Dear Parents and Cast,

Our first Tech rehearsal went very well! Our last Techs are this Monday and Tuesday, April 18th 19th 5-9:00 pm. Please remember that Tech Rehearsals and Performances are mandatory for all cast members.

Here's what you need to know:

Please show up no later than 5:00 PM (4:45 would be better)

Wear your Basics and designated footwear (Girls: Black Dance shorts and skin color or white tanks. Guys: white T-shirts and gym shorts)

Have your hair done before you arrive (Girls: French braids (one or two is fine) unless I have discussed another look with you. Guys: Out of your face (this might mean hairspray). If you do not have time to do your hair, wear a low ponytail or bring hair bands.

A water bottle or two. A sack dinner or large nutritious snack. (You will have a break so that you can eat.)*We will try our hardest to let out rehearsal at 9:00 PM. If we run a few minutes late, please be patient with us.

*Tickets are on sale for our show. Please don't wait. They go fast.

April 10th:

Dear Parents and Cast,

This Wednesday is our last rehearsal before our first Tech. ALSO: REHEARSAL ENDS AT 8:15 AGAIN THIS WEEK.

March 23rd

Dear Cast,
I am so excited to see y’all tonight. Hopefully, you all had a relaxing and fun spring break. We are Off Book from here on out and hope you were able to practice during your break. You can still call for a line, if you need to. We will be running our whole show and working on trouble spots.

March 5th:

Our show is blocked! Congratulations! We are ready to put everything together this coming Wednesday, March 9th, and also work on the Finale.

February 25th:

Dear Cast,
We got a lot done this week. The Prologue through Scene 6 are blocked! Please work on memorizing those scenes. (Your lyrics, blocking, lines, and choreography).

This Wednesday, March 2nd, we will concentrate on blocking scenes 7-13.
We appreciate those that are practicing. Those who aren’t practicing are falling behind. Please practice with the performance tracks as rehearsal tracks won’t be used anymore. We will be working with performance tracks from here on out.

Also, remember that you do not have rehearsal the Wednesday of Spring Break, March 16th.

February 17th:

Thank you for working so diligently last night. Our show is completely choreographed! February 11th:

We are getting so much done! I am amazed and our show is going to be fabulous! Below are the links to the new Choreography Practice Videos. Lots of practicing needs to be happening at home. Work on a song a day. A few of you are really falling behind and we can tell that you aren’t practicing. We would be devastated if we have to start cutting people from musical numbers, so please make the time at home.

Dear Cast,

This Wednesday there is a change from the rehearsal schedule. We will be working and cleaning all choreography numbers. It is an All Call.

Dear Cast,

I am so proud of your hard work this week! Thank you for making your at-home practicing a priority. It really shows! We have completed two HUGE musical numbers, so please use the Choreography Practice Videos to help continue to practice often at home. Next Wednesday, we are learning music and choreography for Belle, (another big number), and reviewing Be Our Guest and Gaston.
